• HelloDoctor24x7 is not responsible for any conversation regarding medical or any other information between the "Our panel doctors/other healthcare professionals " and "The User/Patients".

Products, Services, Payment & Refund

HelloDoctor24x7 is a online healthcare marketplace where a user/patients /member can fix appointment with doctors/other healthcare professionals & also can talk to doctors/other healthcare professionals in which the consultant gets paid per minute of consultancy charge (Tele-consultation).

The user/patients/member shall recharge his/her account though a payment gateway on our website using his/her national/international credit/debit card also through pre-paid HelloDoctor24x7 card available in different sales point.

Minimum recharge value is INR 100 and maximum recharge value is INR 1000

Upon consultation the users/patients/members pre paid account gets debited and the same is credited to the doctors/other healthcare professional's account. HelloDoctor24x7 takes service charges from doctors/other healthcare professionals.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your subscription or consultation with any of our doctors /other healthcare professionals, you can either cancel your subscription for a full refund or exchange it for another consultation with doctors /other healthcare professionals. You can cancel your subscription or swap your top-up purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date.

Law and jurisdiction

This Agreement and any contractual obligation between HelloDoctor24x7 and User will be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Bhubaneswar.
